Ellen brings over 40 years of knowledge and experience to her roles as a Senior Mortgage Loan Officer and Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional.

She specializes in reverse mortgages; asking thought-provoking questions and having dialogues considering a variety of financing options to help consumers make good choices for themselves.

The most commonly known reverse mortgage is the Home Equity Conversion Mortgage known as the 'HECM', an FHA program*. This loan enables Baby Boomers and beyond (62 or older) to release equity in their homes into cash without having to sell the home or give up title. The money can be used as tax-free income, funds to payoff an existing debt such as a mortgage, or to create a line of credit, all without having a new monthly mortgage payment. Jumbo reverse mortgages are now available as well.
