Duxbury House is a unique, upscale, award-winning Assisted Living Memory Care residence for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias.

There, your loved one will experience all the comforts of home. Our specially-designed memory care residence boasts two small households, each with 12 private rental apartments centered around a country kitchen, dining room, lounges, living rooms, and sunroom, offering residents the greatest sense of personal freedom within a secure, homelike environment.

With an expert care team backed by Welch Senior Living’s 75-year reputation for quality care, our residents can rely on on-campus physicians and 24-hour staffing, with a dedicated Memory Care Director, Nurses, Resident Assistants, Social Worker, and Life Enrichment Team overseeing their care.
