Marc J. Cerone graduated from Fairfield University with a Bachelor Degree in English in 2002. While raising his family in Hanover, Massachusetts he attended the night program at Suffolk University Law School, graduating with his Juris Doctor Degree in May of 2018. He has been employed with the Firm since the fall of 2004 and was made partner in June of 2019.  Marc has extensive experience in estate planning and strives to help families protect their assets while planning for their future.  During his time at the Firm he has grown his real estate practice representing purchasers, sellers, and lenders in all phases of residential and commercial real estate transactions. He has experience with boundary disputes, 1031 tax deferred exchanges, commercial lease agreements, and other real property matters.  He also handles probate administration and has worked on pre-trial discovery in civil cases.  He oversees the management of the Firm and its staff.  Prior to his employment at Aloisi & Aloisi he interned at the Public Defender’s Office in Bridgeport, Connecticut and was also an intern for the Judiciary Committee of the Massachusetts State Legislature
